To sum up what I do today, human-centred design is integral to my work as a experience & design consultant. I am especially interested in leading and designing solutions that embrace accessibility, sustainability, and digital equity. Working at the intersection of Service, Experience, and Product Design, I’m so lucky to challenge myself with something new everyday.

As a design leader, I lead with craft: I push the bounds of creative problem solving and bring high rigour and design standards to every engagement. I empower my team to think outside of the box: to tinker, to experiment, and to collectively tackle a design challenge and encourage designers to carve out a path they’re passionate about and try to facilitate meaningful opportunities to help aid in their own unique growth.
